Sue discovered PartyLite in March 2005, became a Unit Leader in December 2005 and a Group Leader in June 2008.  Sue decided to give PartyLite a go because she could earn additional income while working part-time around her school-aged children.  Sue was also the National Training Manager of a Retail Mystery shopping company and she continiued to work in both positions for almost 2 years.  What Sue loves about PartyLite is the flexibility of working hours, being her own boss and meeting new people everytime she goes to work.   Sue has achieved #1 in Sales and Sponsoring Australia wide and many other categories.  She has also attended incentive trips to Singapore, Tahiti, Thailand and soon Hawaii!  Sue feels that her greatest achievement is life is being a mother, "Nothing else comes close!".  Her ambition is to see the Units in her lineage become a Region by the end of this year.  "I have so many awesome consultants who will make brilliant Unit Leaders and I want to be able to help these men and women to achieve all of their wildest dreams".

Deborah loved candles and didn't want to pay the full price so took the opportunity to join PartyLite in July 2007 and by April 2009 became a Unit Leader.

Prior to this Deborah was a full-time Paramedic for the Qld Ambulance Service and later a Emergency Medical Dispatcher for "000"

What Deborah loves about PartyLIte is the opportunities created by being associated with a fantastic company, the support and encouragement from my upline, friendships with other consultants, my team and the independence that having her own Business creates. There is also the opportunity to travel, pay off her debt, decorate her home, give awesome gifts to family and friends, the list is endless. The laughter, the fun and it is so easy.  It doesn't feel like going to work and it pays much better.

Deborah's greatest achievement so far is to become a Unit Leader in April 2009 after attending conference in 2008 and deciding tto take the next step to Leader and she wanted to be part of the Butterfly Ceremony.  Deborah loves to offer other women the opportunity to change their lives as well and she was able to cut back her hours on her other job.

Her ambitions are to be debt free in 5 years, be able to give up her other job and spend more time with her family.  Deborah's mission statement is to live everyday with integrity and consistently make a positive difference in the lives of others around her. "How will you know that you've arrived if you don't know where you are headed?"

STACEY WALVIN

Stacey loved the product and wanted it all, so wil nothing to lose se joined as a Consultant in October 2007 and after sponsoreing her first Consultant in March 2009 she was on her way to greater success, becoming a Unit Leader in July 2009.

Stacey has her PartyLite Business and also operates a dance studio, which quite literally keeps her "on her toes".   She loves being part of the PartyLite family because of the support and encouragement that you receive and the opportunity to work for yourself yet still be part of a team.  It is Stacey's ambition to attend all the incentive trps and continue to grow her business.

Christine is married with 2 young children.  She enjoys PartyLite because she finds it a fun and flexible way to earn an income around her family commitments.
Being a Leader has meant she has been able to give up her job in Administration. She now works less hours for the same income and spends more time with her husband and children.  She feels this is a first step in a career path that is flexible, fun and rewarding.  She looks forward to the challenges ahead in growing within the Company. Christine loves sharing the PartyLite Opportunity with others.

Lisa started with PartyLite in June 2006 initially as a hobby because it paid so well!  By March Lisa became a Unit Leader.  Lisa was a Business Finance Manager with Suncorp up until December 2007.  She loves the fact that PartyLite gives women other alternatives so that we can have it all - time with family as well as running a business.  Lisa is a Bonus achiever, has achieved Sales Excellence.  She hopes to grow a successful business with PartyLite and earn a 6 digit income while still working part-time hours.

In helping others we shall help ourselves for whatever good we give out completes the circle and comes back to us.

Judy started her career with PartyLite to become more financially independent.  She also felt that she needed to feel alive again and meet new people.  Judy has 4 grown up children and hadn't worked for 14 years.  What she loves about PartyLite is that she has earned money but more than that she has met some wonderful people.  "PartyLite also makes you feel that you are not alone in your business, there is always someone there to help you". Judy achieved leadership in July 2008 and she also achieved last years incentive trip to Thailand.  This year her ambition is to take her daughter to Hawaii and to climb up the ladder of leadership.

Karen will be celebrating her 6 year anniversary with PartyLite at the end of November .Karen has 4 grown up kids and now able to have Karen time, she rose to the challenge of earning $1000 before Xmas in 2 weeks. Then her next goal was to earn the incentive trip JAN, FEB, MAR. Not only did she earn it and take her husband but also became a leader just days before she left for Hawaii. Rod and Karen have since enjoyed every incentive trip (Fiji, Singapore,Tahitti & Thailand)and now working on going back to Hawaii. Karen has incedible work ethic and has built life long friendships with her fellow Partylite friends.

Irene joined PartyLite in May 2005. Initially it was to satisfy her candle addiction and to meet more people. Three months later her reasons had already changed.  Irene was addicted to PartyLite by then. Not just the Products! Then, after being with us for a year her husband Len broke his neck and was unable to work for 4 months. Irene had to make a decision. She had combined ParyLite part time with being a full time business owner. She decided to work her PartyLite hobby into a business whilst continuing to work her other business full time & looking after her husband.

What Irene loves about it is the generosity of PartyLite to guests, hostess and consultants. She loves that training is there for all who wish to take their business further.  She became a Leader on Nov 1^st 2006.

Irene's dream is to help others realize their own goals. She loves to offer others the opportunity to be the CEO of their own company whilst still maintaining family, work and ENJOYING sharing PartyLite. She finds it flexible enough to fit in around all her other comittments.
